"I was first exposed to ReSound Hearing Aids at a different hearing center. After speaking with my brother-in-law, who recently received his Au.D., he confirmed that ReSound was one of the better companies out there providing hearing aids. While searching the ReSound website for other hearing centers, I found Hearing Consultants. I used the email contact info on the Hearing Consultants website and asked some questions. Dr. Marina answered my email very quickly and was very open in sharing information, especially to a stranger. I communicated with her at least one or two more times before making an appointment. She answered each email quickly, providing good detail to my questions. I admit i do a lot of research before making purchses of any significance. When meeting with Dr. Marina, she was very thorough and supportive in my decision to go with the type of hearing aid I wanted. We have met a number of times now and I am still in my evaluation stage of a different model hearing aid. During one of my earlier appointments, Dr. Marina told me she wanted me to be totally satisfied with my hearing aids and not just settle on something that might be less than ideal for my needs and comfort. She is proving out that statement in her continuing care of my medical and personal situation as I continue to evaluate different options.
